Return Policy
We hope you love everything you order from Malmaison.com. If you are not very happy with your purchase, please return it to Malmaison.com for a full refund (less shipping fees) in its original condition within 30 days of receipt for domestic customers, and 60 days for all other countries. Unfortunately, and without exception, we cannot accept returns on sale items or opened goods. Please send your package with an insured and prepaid method. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns. Please email any questions to malshop@spgroup.co.uk
Please note that pillows and bedding which have been opened are non returnable.
